Dorian Gray Enterprises is a self-funded real estate company combining various real estate services under one roof. We launched in 2025 and are growing quickly across the Dayton and Columbus markets. This is not a corporate environment — we're lean, fast-moving, and intentionally different.
We hire for fit with the operating philosophy first, technical skill second. The skill gap is solvable; the philosophy gap usually isn't. We believe property management should be transparent, owner-aligned, and tenant-respectful — and that those aren't competing values. If you're excited by that combination, you'll probably like working here.
Some honest trade-offs: we're a small company, so individual contributors wear many hats. There's no clear corporate ladder. The work is genuinely interesting and you'll see your impact directly. The downsides are downsides; we don't pretend they aren't.
