Weekly mowing & trim
Lawn cut, edges trimmed, walks blown clean. May through October. Photo confirmation after each visit posted to your account.
Mowing, snow removal, and seasonal cleanups for landlords, homeowners, and managers across Dayton and Columbus. Every visit is also a set of eyes on the property — we report back anything that looks wrong, not just the lawn. No disappearing crews. No upcharges for taking a stripe through a flower bed.
Lawncare done in the simplest way: clean cuts, photo documentation before and after every visit, and a crew that reports back what they see. We don’t sell add-ons or upsell fertilizer programs. We show up, do the work, and flag anything that looks off.

Walks, drives, and steps cleared after any 2"+ snowfall. Salt application included. Pre-storm planning the night before.
Bed clearing, leaf removal, gutter clean (where accessible), preparing the property for the next season.
Got a city violation notice for overgrown grass or a hazardous tree limb? We'll handle the trim and document the resolution.
Don't need a regular schedule? One-time mow or cleanup priced per-visit. Show up, knock it out, gone.
We coordinate with tenants directly so they know when we're coming. Notice posted on the property the day before.
Lawncare exists in our lineup because the properties we manage need it — not because it’s a revenue driver. We run it accordingly: no unnecessary visits, full photo documentation, and pricing quoted per property after we see what we’re working with.
We photograph the property before we start and after we finish — every time, without exception. You’ll see exactly what was done and what condition the grounds were in when we arrived.
We don’t mow on a calendar. We mow when the grass needs cutting. If it hasn’t grown since the last visit, we don’t send a crew just to log the trip. You shouldn’t pay for visits that don’t do anything.
Pricing depends on lot size and condition. Tell us the address and we’ll come back with a firm number before the first visit — no surprises after the fact.
When we’re on-site, we’re paying attention to more than the grass. If a window is broken, a downspout is hanging off, there’s evidence of unauthorized occupancy, or something just looks wrong — we flag it. Owners and management get notified before the next business day.
This matters most for vacant properties and units between tenants, where problems can sit unnoticed for weeks. A crew on the ground regularly is cheap insurance against a small issue becoming an expensive one.
Share the address and what you need. We’ll come back with a firm price and get the first visit scheduled. Most new properties are added within a week.
